What is your return policy? When will I receive my order?
Our estimated delivery time differ from destination to destination especially as our deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Please check our Shipping Information page for more clarity.
What do I do if I never receive my order?
There are a number of reasons why you haven’t received your order. First, we’ll ask that you please check with your neighbours and your local post office/ depot as your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card. If however, our shipping partner could not make a delivery because they could not locate your address, then they’ll most likely return the item to our warehouse. When your item is returned, we’ll automatically refund the price of the item (alone) to the card used for the transaction. If however, none of the above scenarios apply to you and you still haven’t received your order, then please send us an email at email@example.com with your order ID.

What is the fabric composition of the wears?
The tank tops are made from 47% Modal, 47% Cotton and 5% Spandex while the bras and shorts are made from 73% Polyester and 27% Spandex
What are the care instructions?
To ensure that you get the best out of your purchase, make sure you wash in a washing machine on the cold wash cycle. Hang to dry and iron on low heat inside out.
Do you sell men’s activewear?
No. For now, we only sell to women.
My tracking number is not working or it’s saying ‘pending’ ?
Tracking numbers are handled by the courier company. Your tracking number may take a while to update (see Shipping Information page). Please call the courier company if the problem persists, we have no control over delivery once the package has left our warehouse. If you are based outside of the U.K. your delivery is passed on to your local delivery service such as USA>USPS.
